Cardiac Rehab is ideal for you if you are recovering from a heart event or surgery. Together we can rebuild your confidence to resume the activities you love and build a healthy and active lifestyle you can enjoy. Join Tom every Tuesday for 6 weeks to: - Exercise with his supervision & support - Rebuild your fitness after your heart event and / or surgery - Get to know your ideal heart range (and how to track it) - Improve your knowledge of nutrition - Discuss the impact of your heart event and / or surgery - Gain the confidence to live actively - Make lifestyle changes that will optimise your heart health.
