Whether you've undergone a bypass surgery, stent placement, heart valve surgery, or experienced a heart attack or other cardiovascular conditions, our program is designed to help you regain strength, improve heart health, and return to a fulfilling life.

Our specialist cardio respiratory physiotherapist will guide you through a 6 week course that comprises of supervised exercise and education on heart-healthy living, managing stress and improving sleep.
