The National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommend that all adults who have had a heart attack, heart surgery or have chronic heart failure should complete a cardiac rehabilitation program with exercise as a core component

 

Our 6 week group exercise and lifestyle programmes follows all NICE guidelines and will improve your heart health, help you regain strength, and reduce future risks.
